Spring Cleaning Tips & Checklist

When it comes to cleaning, I am no expert...but I know someone who is. So I phoned a friend on this one, and according to said expert, here are the three musts when you are sprucing up your home for spring. To help you get to all those nooks and crannies, we included a Spring Cleaning Checklist you can use below: 

1) Purge - go through drawers and closets to remove the things you never wear or use. 

2) Dust - those areas that get missed regularly - woodwork, 6-panel doors, ceiling fans, high shelves, and tops of cabinets. 

3) Relocate - while you are deep cleaning, think about moving some furniture or knick-knacks to other locations - these items will take on a new and fresh look in a different space and it’s cheaper than buying new.

Cuando se trata de limpieza, no soy un experto... pero conozco a alguien que lo es. Así que llamé a un amigo y, según dicho experto, estos son los 3 elementos imprescindibles cuando estás arreglando tu casa para la primavera. Para ayudarlo a llegar a todos esos rincones y grietas, incluimos una lista de verificación de limpieza de primavera que puede usar a continuación:

1) Purga: revisa cajones y armarios para deshacerte de las cosas que nunca usas o usas.

2) Desenpolvar: aquellas áreas que se pasan por alto regularmente: carpintería, puertas de 6 paneles, ventiladores de techo, estantes altos y la parte superior de los gabinetes.

3) Reubicarse: mientras realiza una limpieza profunda, piensa en trasladar algunos muebles o chucherías a otros lugares; estos artículos adquirirán un aspecto nuevo y fresco en un espacio diferente y es más económico que comprar uno nuevo.
