It’s that time of year again—March Madness is here, and so is your chance to compete, win, and have some fun! This year, we’re shaking things up with both a Men’s & Women’s bracket challenge, giving you double the chances to win!

💰 Prizes for each bracket:
🥇 $150 – First place
🥈 $100 – Second place
🥉 $50 – Third place
🏀 $50 – Random “thanks for dancing” winner (one per tournament)

In our commitment to spend local, winners choice on your gift card, only requirement is the business is Colorado owned & operated. 

Live.Laugh. household family members will use the same bracket but will have their own separate prize pool!

• 🔗 Men’s Bracket: Submit before Thursday, 3/20 @ 12:15p ET (10:15 Mtn)
• 🔗 Women’s Bracket: Submit before Friday, 3/21 @ 12:00p ET (10:00 Mtn)

The Fine Print:

Who can play? 

• Anyone can enter, but real estate agents licensed in Colorado are excluded from winning. 
• Live.Laugh.Agents, employees, and household family members will compete in a separate prize pool.
• 2 entries, per person, per bracket for qualifying players. 
• Check in on your standings regularly, as you know, it is complete "madness"!
• Winners will be announced Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
