Lisa, a Colorado native who has lived in the Denver area for almost 20 years, brings a diverse background in new construction, investment properties, remodel work, and functional design when working with buyers and sellers. Having built homes from the ground up to rehabbing older homes, she can help you evaluate all your options as a buyer who is looking for their dream home in a competitive market or a seller wanting to maximize their value. It all begins with a conversation about what’s important to you and making sure the right team is in place to help you with financing decisions, market evaluation, and negotiations.
 
Lisa likes to spend their free time working out and immersing herself in hobbies, such as refinishing furniture, gardening, home improvements, and design work. She lives in central Denver with her daughter and husband in an old Denver square that they have been rehabbing off and on since 2006.

Little known fact
In 2015-2017 I acted as my own general contractor (GC) to build two single-family homes from the ground up in the Denver area. With the help of my husband as the financial advisor and a team of contractors, I was able to wear several hats during this project. I was the project manager, GC, interior designer, and Real Estate agent. I learned so much during this process about homes and about myself. I hope to experience this again sometime in the future.
