Having earned the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert, I have honed my skills in the art of negotiation, enabling me to navigate Colorado's thriving housing market adeptly. Whether securing the best price for buyers or maximizing profits for sellers, I leverage my expertise to ensure the best outcome for my clients. Additionally, in order to provide the highest level of service, I intentionally limit the number of clients I work with at any given time. When I’m not helping clients, you can find me spending time with my husband, Eric, my two energetic daughters, and our two dogs! We love being outdoors and exploring Colorado cities, in the summer we love to be near water, ride bikes, and explore the local farmers market! We absolutely love to travel and spend time with family and friends.
