About Amanda Campbell.

Your home is the center of your universe.  It’s where you endure through the hard times and where you celebrate the good times.  It’s where you grow your relationships and where you grow as an individual.  It’s where your story unfolds.  I would be so grateful to be a part of your story.

Intention. Gratitude. Growth.

Denver is my home and the city that I love.  As a Broker and Real Estate Agent, I am knowledgeable about the local market and neighborhoods.  As a resident and a mother, I am personally invested in making our beautiful city even better.  I am actively involved in several not-for-profit organizations supporting health, children and education. I consider myself a connector of resources to help you achieve your real estate goals.

Prior to obtaining my real estate certification, I earned a degree in economics and psychology.  I believe this duality brings a unique perspective when I am working with clients.  Although I geek out at the market trends and data, my personal philosophy is that real estate – at its core – is about people.  I have a penchant for making people feel comfortable, I am intuitive and take the time to understand what people need by seeing things from their perspective.

Working with clients has always been my passion – and always will be.  In my previous career as an Occupational Therapist I worked side-by-side with clients and their families who were working to achieve their goals.

I would love an opportunity to help you achieve your goals too.  Let’s find the center of your universe.  Let’s find your home.

When I need to recharge, you’ll find me.

  • Exploring around Denver and Colorado as well as traveling internationally.  Even when I am on vacation I can’t resist checking out the local real estate scene.  Some of my favorites places have been Peru and Spain. Exploring and traveling
  • Pampering myself at a local spa
  • Spending time with my loved ones, especially baking, reading or learning something new with my son
  • Hiking along one of the great trails we have in our area – let me know if you need a recommendation for a leisurely stroll or a challenging workout

Little known fact.

I was born in Canada, but have recently become a dual citizen . . . though I’ll never admit whether I think the Colorado Rockies or the Canadian Rockies are better 😉

Causes I support.
As a widow to a young husband who passed from colon cancer, I dedicate a lot of energy to my work as a colorectal cancer ally and advocate. I work closely with the palliative care team at CU Anschutz through the endowment fund in my late husband’s name. I am passionate about giving back and doing what I can to bring goodness to this world.

  • The Brandon Campbell Memorial Fund at the University of Colorado Anschutz
  • Chair of the Denver Blue Hope Bash for the Colorectal Cancer Alliance
  • Judi’s House
  • LuBird’s Light Foundation
  • Camp Kesem- University of Colorado Boulder Chapter

I would highly recommend this team!!!

The level of service that Live.Laugh.Denver provided during the entire process of my home purchase was superior! I purchased a home in the Denver area from out of state and, yet, every step from bidding to the closing was made easy and ran smoothly. I would highly recommend this team!!!

The Live.Laugh.Denver. team was incredible

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the process of finding and buying a new home. The Live.Laugh.Denver. team was incredible throughout every step of the process! When I would get frustrated, they were very encouraging. When I was confused, they were more than helpful. I could tell they always had my best interest at heart and I felt very confident in the advice I was getting. I definitely recommend this team to anyone searching for a new home!
