Agent’s Weigh In: Favorite Books

“If you don’t like to read, you haven’t found the right book.” – J.K. Rowling

Lindsey: Memoir: Becoming by Michelle Obama; Fiction: City of Girls, Elizabeth Gilbert; Business: Start with Why, Simon Sinek

Kenya: The Last Mrs. Parrish – you won’t see it coming!

Emily: My recent favorite is Girl Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis. It’s hilarious but full of useful insight and practical life advice. I also enjoyed listening to Ryan Serhant’s sales book, Sell It Like Serhant, on Audible. Again, it’s hilarious but also an excellent read (or listen) for people in business.

Hilary: A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles is a recent favorite, I also liked Rules of Civility by the same author

Christina: I love to read so I can’t pick just one! Here are a few of my favs: The Fred Factor by Mark Sanborn; Super Attractor by Gabrielle Bernstein; and of course any good beach read: Something in the Water, Where the Crawdads Sing, and The Last House Guest.

Martin: Soooo many – Dune by Frank Herbert; Magician by Raymond E Feist; Wizard’s First Rule by Terry Goodkind. Business Books – Steven Covey 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and
Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich. The book that changed my life at age 12
Robert Silverberg Lord Valentine’s Castle. Introduced me to sci-fi fantasy!

Laura: The Longest Ride is one of my favorite books/movies. It shows that good people who do good things make the world a better place. Of course, Scott Eastwood is easy on the eyes as well.

Amy: I am currently reading a book that one of my clients wrote and it is called All In by Stephanie Breedlove. It is all about women entrepreneurs and how we, as women, need to think bigger, build sustainable businesses, find a good mentor,  and change the world (which we are slowly doing anyway). It is really empowering and inspiring, especially since I own my own business and have my WIRE group.

Deanna: Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis

Clarke: East of Eden by John Steinbeck

Olivia: The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabel Wilkerson is amazing
