Agent’s Weigh In: Date Night

Love is in the air!

Lindsey: Date night in – we have found the crib to be the most cost-effective baby sitter, so on Fridays we do pizza, get B to bed, and then put our phones on the chargers and watch/ rent a movie. Last week we watched The Blockers and both laughed until we cried.

When we are looking to splurge and have family in town, staycation overnights are our favorite! Book a night at The Crawford, head to a show at DCPA and grab dinner at Corinne or Pizza Republica. We also love The Halcyon in Cherry Creek, rooftop pool and bar, fun mid mod feel, and everything Cherry Creek North at your fingertips… of course we usually end up at the Cricket for darts!

Emily: You can usually find us somewhere in Highlands Square or on Tennyson Street for date nights. We love FNG, the Matador, and Sushi Hai in Highlands Square always followed up with ice cream at Sweet Cow (obviously). On Tennyson St, our faves include West End Tap House, Brazen, and Mas Kaos.

Christina: Eric and I love going to Boulder for date night- it’s so fun to walk Pearl Street and the restaurants are amazing! The Rio is one of our favorite places to go- favorite Mexican food hands down.

If we’re looking for a nice steakhouse then Guard and Grace in Denver is it! Love going there for birthdays or other fun celebrations.

We also love going to Top Golf– lots of fun and you don’t have to be great at golf to go!

Hilary: We love to try new restaurants, which conveniently are constantly popping up all over Denver. A favorite is Uchi in Curtis Park. We also love checking out a good cocktail bar, Death & Co. in The Crawford has amazing cocktails. For a special occasion, Fruition is our go to, we have celebrated many birthdays and anniversaries there and the service is always exceptional!

Laura: Our favorite date night is going to dinner and then Home Depot.

Beth: At this moment, Andrew and I love going to the movies. We’re trying to see all of the Oscar nominated best pictures! We love the Alamo Drafthouse in Sloan’s Lake. They are building one in Downtown Westminster which is walking distance from our house, and we can’t wait. We also love $5 Tuesdays at the AMC!

Amy: I think Congress Park has one of the best and most convenient date nights in Denver, all in a one block radius. Start the evening off at Sienna Wine Bar for a glass of wine or cold beer. Then head to either 12 @ Madison, Blue Pan Pizza, or TAG Burger Bar for a delicious dinner depending on what you are in the mood for (burgers, pizza, or tapas). Then end the evening at Sweet Cooies for one of the best ice cream cones in Denver.

Kenya: We love Danielle’s in Castle Pines Village. Great food, amazing happy hour, and the patio sits in a heavily wooded area which feels mountaineaque (is that even a word)?!

Olivia: We like to go to S Broadway… Gozo for dinner then a movie at The Mayan!

Deanna: Linger for dinner followed by Williams and Graham (its a speakeasy and not always easy to get into) for drinks OR Linger followed by the Alamo for a movie and drinks 🙂
