August Market Update
The Denver Post recently published an article turning the anticipated and 100% normal end of summer market ease into a thing. It happens, we get it, media does that, still love the Post. The article itself rings truer than the headline. That said, let us break it down a bit … once Denver became a severe sellers’ market in 2014, buyers got anxious and have, for years, started the “Summer Buying Season” early, which means it ends a little early. Like any other industry, there is seasonality in Real Estate. That said, the more urban areas are less affected by said seasons, as are homes priced under $500,000.
